Support
Something not working, or a question the app did not answer? Email support@vitaloom.xyz and a human will reply.
Minthe is a wellness and self-tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and isn't a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have red-flag symptoms such as blood in your stool, unintentional weight loss, difficulty swallowing, persistent vomiting or a fever alongside gut symptoms, see a clinician rather than tracking them.
Frequently asked
How do I get my data onto a new iPhone?
Sign in to the same Apple account with iCloud sync enabled and your logs will restore automatically. If you had sync turned off, restore the device from an iCloud or encrypted local backup instead, because in that case the data only ever existed on the old phone.
Is Minthe a medical device?
No. It is a wellness and self-tracking tool. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Patterns it surfaces are hypotheses to discuss with a clinician.
Is this a diet app?
No. Minthe is about relief and understanding, not weight or calories. Any energy estimate is optional and secondary, and there are no streaks or guilt mechanics.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and you can change or cancel from there. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Why does the app keep saying there is not enough data?
Because there genuinely is not yet. A food needs several separate exposures before anything can be distinguished from chance, and Minthe would rather say so than show a confident number it cannot support. Most people start seeing their first patterns after two to three weeks of reasonably consistent logging.
I found a bug or want to request a feature.
Email support and include your iOS version and what you were doing when it happened. Feature requests genuinely do get read and shape what gets built next.
